What this notice covers

This notice covers visits to singulusai.com and information sent through the Primae and UI-Anima forms on this website. It does not describe product data handling inside Primae, UI-Anima, a customer deployment, or another service that may be governed by separate terms.

Do not send passwords, credentials, confidential source code, private datasets, or other sensitive material through these website forms.

Information in a request

The fields depend on the product page.

Primae fit review

• Name and email address.
• Organization and role, when supplied.
• A non-confidential summary of the problem, toolchain, and evaluation basis.

UI-Anima access request

• Email address and primary browser.
• The pages you would try first, when supplied.
• The selected use case.

If you contact us by email instead, the message and its metadata are handled through the email services used by you and Singulus AI.

Context sent with the form

The form code also sends limited attribution so the team can understand where a request came from:

• The product and source page.
• The website origin and page path, without its query string.
• The referring site’s origin, when a browser provides one; the referring path is not sent.
• UTM source, medium, campaign, content, and term values when they are present.

Cloudflare, Resend, and other network providers may also process ordinary connection and security information, such as an IP address, browser user agent, timestamps, and request logs, under their own service policies.

Why the information is used

• Validate and deliver the request.
• Review whether the request fits the current Primae or UI-Anima access process.
• Reply about the request and related next steps.
• Diagnose submission failures and protect the form from misuse.

The current form implementation sends the request to a Cloudflare Worker, which validates it and asks Resend to deliver a notification email to the Singulus AI team. The implementation does not write form submissions to a separate application database.

Services involved

• Cloudflare serves the website and receives form submissions at the Singulus AI form endpoint.
• Resend delivers form submissions as notification email to the Singulus AI team.
• Google Fonts serves the Geist typefaces used by this website.

These providers may process data in accordance with their own terms and privacy notices. Links to GitHub, LinkedIn, or another external website are handled by that website after you choose to follow them.

Cookies and analytics

The current website source does not include analytics or advertising scripts, and its form code does not intentionally set browser cookies. This does not prevent hosting, email, font, or network providers from maintaining service and security logs under their own policies.

Retention and deletion

Form submissions are delivered into Singulus AI email. Singulus AI does not currently publish a fixed retention period for these website requests, so you should not assume that a submission is automatically deleted after a particular interval. Service providers may retain limited operational or security records under their own policies or legal obligations.

To request access, correction, or deletion of a website-form submission, email engineering@singulusai.com. Include the email address used for the request and enough context to locate it. Do not send additional sensitive information.

Changes to this notice

If the website’s form flow or service providers change, this page may be revised. The date at the top identifies the published version. Questions about this notice can be sent to engineering@singulusai.com.
